- Is there free shipping?
- Yes — several vendors ship free on international orders of $800 or more (the optional lab-testing fee doesn't count toward the threshold). Other vendors charge a low flat rate, and you'll see the exact shipping cost for each source at checkout.
- Do you have local warehouses?
- Yes — many of our sources ship from in-region warehouses in the US, UK, EU (Germany), Australia, and Canada, so your order is delivered locally rather than shipped internationally. On each product page you can filter the available sources by shipping origin (US / UK / EU / Australia / Canada / international) to pick one that ships from your region.
- How long does delivery take?
- Sources shipping from an in-region warehouse (US, UK, EU, Australia, or Canada) typically deliver in about 2–7 days. Sources that ship direct from the manufacturer usually take 12–21 days. US orders can also be routed through a US partner lab, which ships the final leg by tracked UPS or FedEx 2-day (lab verification is available for US delivery only; international orders ship direct).

- Why does the shipping cost differ between vendors?
- Each vendor ships its own parcel from its own location, so the rate and any free-shipping threshold are set per vendor. When an order includes products from more than one vendor, each ships separately.
- How is the shipping fee calculated?
- Shipping is charged per vendor based on that vendor's product subtotal. The optional lab-testing fee never counts toward a vendor's free-shipping threshold.
