Tied to a real order
There's no open review form. The link is emailed to the buyer after delivery and carries a signature bound to their order number and email, so a review can only come from someone who bought that order.
One per vendor, per order
Enforced by the database, not by policy — a single purchase can't be turned into a run of five-star ratings, and a multi-vendor order rates each vendor once.
Published as written
We can publish a review, withhold it, or re-attribute it to the vendor that actually shipped the order. There is no path to edit the words — and vendors can read their reviews but can't publish, hide, or change one.
The reward doesn't depend on the score
Leaving a review mints a single-use 5% code for the buyer's next order. It pays for the minute spent, not for a good rating: a one-star review earns exactly the same code, and it's granted on submission, before anyone reads it.

- Are Peptuvia reviews verified?
- Yes. A review can only be left through a link emailed to the buyer after their order is delivered, and that link carries a signature bound to the order number and the email on the order. Without it the review page won't accept a submission, so a review always corresponds to a real, delivered order.
- Who is being reviewed — Peptuvia or the vendor?
- The vendor that fulfilled the order. Peptuvia is a marketplace: buyers choose a source per compound, and the review rates that source's communication, shipping speed, delivery time, and packaging. When an order was substituted to a different vendor, the review is re-attributed to whoever actually shipped it.
- How many reviews are published?
- Currently 37 published reviews across 12 vendors, averaging 5.0 out of 5. Every published review is listed on this page — there is no paging or "top reviews" selection hiding the rest.
- Can a vendor delete a bad review?
- No. Vendors can read their own reviews in their portal, but publishing, withholding, and re-attribution are admin-only actions, and no one — vendor or admin — can edit the text of a review.
- Do you pay people to leave reviews?
- Leaving a review mints a single-use 5% discount code for the reviewer's next order. It is unconditional: the code is identical for a one-star and a five-star review, and it is granted when the review is submitted, before anyone has read it.
- Why don't reviews rate product quality?
- Because a buyer can't measure it by eye, and an opinion is the wrong instrument. Purity and identity are answered by independent HPLC and mass-spec testing, published per batch — pass or fail — in the public COA library at /verify. Reviews cover the part a buyer can judge: the fulfillment experience.
